微型课程及其开发策略

Mini-course and It’s Developmental Strategy

微型课程是基于学校资源、教师能力与学生兴趣，以主题模块组织起来的相对独立与完整的小规模课程。微型课程虽然“微小”，但具有独特的优势与重大的校本意义。校本微型课程是由主题、目标、计划、模式与评价五大要素所构成的。依其特征及适用范围的不同，它可以划分为补充延伸型、问题解决型与动态生成型三种类型。它的成功开发，需要周密的规划、组织与管理，更需要教师具备自主构建微型课程的能力。

Mini-course is a relatively independent and complete small course organized by modules according to a school＇s resources, teachers＇ abilities and students＇ interest. Although it is distinctively small, mini-course has special advantages and great significance to the development of school-based curriculum. A school-based mini-course involves five elements, subject, objective, plan, model and evaluation. According to their functions, mini-courses can be divided into three categories. complementary and extending mini-course, problem-solving mini-course, generative and dynamic mini-course. To develop a successful mini-course, careful planning, organization and administration as well as the involved teachers＇ ability to develop curriculum independently are required.
