摘要
通过对焊接接头的化学成分分析、力学性能试验、晶间腐蚀、选择性腐蚀试验和金相检查,证明等离子弧焊可以用于焊接尿素合成塔的尿素级不锈钢衬里,且效率高、焊接质量稳定,建议将该焊接方法纳入相关规范和工程设计标准加以使用。
According to the result of chemistry test, mechanical properties test, intergrainular corrosion test, selective corrosion test and metallographic examination, that the plasma welding can be used for weld the urea class stainless steel lining of urea reactor, for it's efficient and high quality, it is suggested that the plasma welding can be accepted by standard and engineering specification.
