摘要
为进一步提高国家电力工程施工质量和工艺水平,针对高海拔、寒冷地区特殊地理环境、气候特点,采用钢木组合模板以达到清水混凝土的施工效果;使用新材料延缓混凝土水化热产生的速度和消除混凝土表面龟裂;通过热工计算正确添加外加剂。通过这些施工方法,有效解决了电缆沟的裂缝和垂直度、平整度差等问题,提高了电缆沟的整体观感质量和效果。实践证明,该施工方法措施得当,完全达到了清水混凝土的工艺标准要求。
To improve the construction quality and the technology level, considering the special geography and climate characteristics of high altitudes and cold weather, some methods as follows were adopted. First, the wood-steel composite formwork was used to achieve the construction effect of fair-faced concrete; second, new materials were used to postpone concrete hydration heat and to eliminate its surface spalling; finally according to the computing result, admixture was poured in accurately. Then the problem of crack, verticality and smoothness for cable duck were solved and the overall quality of appearance was improved. The practices show that the construction method is appropriate, which can meet the requirements of fair-faced concrete technology standard completely.
