高中数学教师对数学新课程理念认同度与实施度的对比研究 被引量:8

Study on the Contrast of the Degree of Acceptance and Implementation of Ordinary Senior High School Mathematics Teachers to the New Mathematics Curriculum Rationales

摘要 目前,我国已有半数以上的省市加入到实施高中新课程行列,高中数学教师对新课程的认同与实施情况如何是值得我们关注的。通过问卷调查、访谈、课堂观察记录等方法研究发现,高中数学教师对数学新课程理念的认同度高于实施度;教师的教育观念和教学方式有了明显转变;评价滞后降低了数学新课程的实施水平。为了使新课程顺利实施,需要不断提高教师对新课程理念的认同度和实施度,发展教师的课程决策能力,建立与新课程理念适应的评价机制。 At present, more than half of the provinces and cities in China have started implementing the new curriculum for ordinary senior high schools. It's worthwhile to pay close attention to the current state of the degree of acceptance and implementation of new mathematics curriculum by high school teachers. Through taking questionnaires, making interview and taking notes on classroom observation, we find that the ordinary senior high school mathematics teachers' acceptance to the new mathematics curriculum is higher than the implementation; the teachers' idea and teaching method have been obviously changed; that the behind-lagged evaluation has lowered the level of the implementation of the new curriculum. In order to implement the new curriculum successfully, we need to improve teachers' degree of acceptance and implementation to new mathematics curriculum continuously, develop teachers' decision-making capability, and establish evaluation mechanism which accommodates with the new curriculum rationales.
