摘要
目的探讨HOXA-10、PR、ER在输卵管黏膜的表达与输卵管妊娠发生中的作用。方法用免疫组化法分别检测20例输卵管妊娠患者异位着床部位黏膜组织,20例正常分泌期输卵管黏膜组织及20例正常宫内早孕期子宫蜕膜组织HOXA-10基因、PR、ER的蛋白表达水平。结果(1)HOXA-10基因在输卵管妊娠患者异位着床部位的阳性表达明显高于分泌期输卵管黏膜的表达,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)PR、ER在输卵管妊娠患者异位着床部位上皮细胞中的阳性表达明显低于在正常分泌期输卵管的表达,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输卵管妊娠异位着床部位HOXA-10基因表达增强,上皮细胞PR、ER表达下降或缺失。
Objective To investigate HOXA - 10, PR and ER expression in the oviduct mucosa and oviduct pregnancy occurred in the role. Methods The immunohistochemical was used to detect HOXA - 10, PR and ER expression in 20 cases of pregnant patients with oviduct pregnancy ectopic implantation site of mucosal tissue, 20 cases of secretory phase of normal oviduct mucosa and 20 cases of normal early intrauterine pregnancy uterine decidual HOXA - 10 gene, PR and ER the level of protein expression. Results HOXA - 10 gene in patients with oviduct pregnancy ectopic implantation site of positive expression was significantly higher than that of oviduct mucosal secretory phase of expression, two groups have statistically significant differences ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; PR and ER at tubal pregnancy ectopic implantation site in patients with epithelial cells positive expression was significantly lower than that in the normal oviduct secretory phase of the expression difference between two groups was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The HoxA - 10 gene expression is increased in implantation site of ectopic oviduct pregnancy, but epithelial cell PR and ER expression is decreased or missed. It is closely related to oviduct pregnancy.
