摘要 目的探讨多态性上皮黏蛋白1(MUC1)在肾癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方检测40例肾癌组织和10例癌旁组织及10例正常组织中MUC1的表达。结果正常组织中肾小管可见MUC1阳性表达,呈对称性及极性分布,而肾癌组织中,MUC1黏蛋白则大多呈弥漫性、失极性表达,染色程度增高,且多伴有胞浆中的表达。MUC1在肾癌中阳性表达率为85%(34/40),10例癌旁组织低表达1例,表达率为10%,具有统计学意义(χ2=21.429,P<0.05)。MUC1在肾癌的不同病理类型表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与不同病理分级和临床分期差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后转移组和未转移组之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.929,P<0.05)。结论MUC1在肾癌中表达可作为评估肾癌的恶性程度和预测术后转移的生物学指标。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the expression of MUC1 in renal cell carcinoma. Methods The proteins were detected by Immunohistochemical methods in 40 cases of renal cell carcinoma, 10 cases of adjacent tissue, and 10cases of human renal tissue. Results All normal renal tissues expressed MUC1 mucin in the nephric tubule with distributn polarized apically, while in RCC diffused heterogeneous cytoplasmic and membranous over expression of MUC1 were observed. The positive rates in RCC were 85.0% (34/40). 1 case found low expression in the 10 cases of adjacent tissue. There were significant differences among them ( χ^2 = 21. 429, P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression of MUC1 in renal cell carcinoma were not related with the type of the renal cell carcinoma (P 〉 0. 05 ), but related with histologic grade and the clinical stage or clinical grade ( P 〈 0.05 ). The high level expression of MUC1 was correlated with the postoperative metastasis of renal cell carcinoma. Conclusions The expression of MUC1 might be a good indicator in evaluating differentiation of tumors and in predicting postoperative metastasis of renal cell carcinoma.
