摘要
Web技术的飞速发展,为实现远程测控系统提供了一个新的思路,采用Web技术构筑工业远程测控网络己成为测控系统的发展趋势。本文在管式加热炉上设计了基于Web的远程测控系统,利用参数自整定控制算法,根据被控对象的实际响应,在线整定参数,实现对电炉加热的优化控制,并通过现场实验显示其运行的效果。
The fast development of Web technology provides the remote control a new way, and it is a popular trend to design an industrial remote supervising and control network. This paper introduces the practical application of the remote supervising and control system to the pipe furnace system, besides a parameters, control algorithm is also be developed which can regulating the parameters on line according to the rules and decision-making, thus realizing the optimal control of the pipe furnace temperature, and the control effect has been validated by practical experiment.
