摘要 针对流水线式电源产品性能测试过程效率低、人为干扰大等问题,开发了开关电源自动测试系统。为便于升级和维护,系统硬件均采用模块化设计;并基于虚拟仪器技术实现对多设备的实时控制和数据采集,开发了测试系统软件;该软件不仅具备执行测试、数据存储、查询、报表打印等常见功能,同时具备不良项目分析、工序能力指数分析、计量控制等统计分析功能。应用表明,系统运行稳定可靠、测试快捷、通用性好,具有较好的市场推广价值。 Aiming at the disadvantages of the traditional power supply performance testing methods, testing on production line, we designed this Automatic Test System for Switch Power Supply. To facilitate the upgrading and maintenance, the hardware of system is designed in modularization. Based on Virtual Instrument Technology, it achieves real-time control of some instrument and data acquisition, and developed the software of system. The software not only has many conventional functions such as auto-testing, data storage and query, reporting generation, hut also has the intelligent functions of analysis on poor projects and process capability index and drawing metering control chart. The application has confirmed that this system which runs reliability and stability and has good generality has value to promote.
