基于循环自相关的TIADC通道失配校正

摘要 针对时域交错模数转换器(TIADC)的通道失配问题,提出一种在线校正方法。首先建立TIADC的数学模型,将增益和时间失配转变为通道滤波器幅度和延时参数的差异,然后利用校正后输出信号的循环自相关构造残余误差测量函数,用增益误差和定时偏差估计值修正参数化滤波器,以实现对通道失配的精细校正。实测结果表明该方法对信号无杂散动态范围有27-32dB的提高。该方法可用于双通道TIADC通道失配的在线校正。 A correction method is proposed for time-interleaved analog-to-digital converter (TIADC) online mismatch correction . Firstly a TIADC model is derived by transforming mismatches to FIR filters with different amplitude and lag. Then residual error measure of corrected output for wide sense stationary input is build according to cyclic autocorrelation function. Minimizing the measure can obtain mismatches estimator, which can adjust parameterized filter to achieve gain and timing mismatches correcting accurately. It is experimentally verified that the given method can enhance spurious-free dynamic range of TIADC output by 27-32dB. The proposed method can be used for online mismatch correction of a two-channel TIADC.
