摘要
从国家电网公司安全生产和应急通信体系建设的实际出发,结合国家电网公司在防灾、救灾工作中的实际经验,提出了关于电力应急通信体系建设的方案,旨在进一步提高应对电力突发事件、重要保电、重大活动的通信保障能力。
Based on the demands of disaster prevention and disaster relief of State Grid Corporation of China and the reality of power production and the construction of emergency communication system, a construction scheme of power emergency communication system is put forward in the paper for the purpose of enhancing the communication ability during the emergency situation.
