Construction of interconnected satellite communication networks for sharing resources

摘要 目前,由于各卫星通信设备提供商生产的卫星通信设备制式不统一,不同的卫星通信系统之间无法互联互通。文章介绍了一套可以满足"统一指挥、资源共享、功能完备、反应灵敏、运转高效"的应急指挥体系的建设方案。该方案通过在电力卫星通信应用系统中采用星状网与点对点相结合的卫星通信组网技术,解决了异种卫星通信系统互联互通问题,建立了一套可与上级主管部门及地方政府多级联动指挥、资源共享的电力应急通信体系,提高了电网应对自然灾害及突发事件的能力。 Due to the different system used by satellite communication equipment provided by satellite equipments manufacturers, some satellite communication systems can not communicate to each other. Based on actual application, this paper introduces a scheme of emergency communication system. This scheme combines the networking technology of "star network" and "point-to-point" system, and realizes the interconnection among different satellite communication systems. With the function of interconnection and resource sharing, this scheme greatly enhance the ability of unexpected events reaction of power grid.
