调度电话系统是电网安全调度的重要通信系统,保证每个调度号码正确是调度通信畅通的重要前提。调度交换机利用呼叫详细纪录可以分析每个调度号码的工作状态。文章详细介绍了利用呼叫详细记录进行调度号码维护的技术方案,此方案能保证调度号码的正确和呼叫畅通,并已成功应用于四川省调调度电话系统。

Dispatching telephone system is a key part of power communication system, while the validity of each dispatching number is very important for the system. By analysis the detailed calling records, the dispatching exchange can identify the working state of each dispatching number. A technical proposal of dispatching number maintenance by using detailed calling records is introduced in this paper, which was implemented in Sichuan power dispatching telephone system. The result shows that it is an successful application and will benefit the safe operation of power dispatching system.
