Mining Algorithm for Data File of Gepasi

摘要 通过分析Gepasi数据文件结构,本文实现了Gepasi的数据文件挖掘等算法,有效地提高了细胞信号转导模拟研究的效率。 This paper achieves algorithm of the file merge for the Gepasi, and improves the efficiency of simulated research of the cellular signaling transduction.
