This paper analyzes the necessity of expanding and developing the human resources in the libarary ot higher vocational college, and puts forward some opinions on how the library of higher vocational college to realize the sharing of the human resources through adopting measures for utilizing college＇s teachers＇ human resources and students＇ human resources and the interlibrary cooperation.
