摘要
分析了施工企业工资管理的背景及方略,阐述了当前经济条件下现代企业管理制度及管理理念的意义,概述了施工企业工资管理的方法,指出改善工资管理制度就间接地改善了用人制度,也就带动了企业的发展。
This paper analyzes the background and strategies of the salary management of construction enterprise, expounds the significance of the management system and management concept of modern enterprise under the current economic conditions, introduces the methods of the salary management of construction enterprise, and points out that improving the salary management system is improving indirectly the employing System and therefore promoting the development of enterprise.
