分析了国有企业激励机制的现状和存在的问题,归纳和介绍了国内外企业界现有的一些在制度激励、企业文化激励、精神激励方面的成功经验,结合国有企业激励机制创新的难点提出国有企业人才激励机制创新的措施。

This paper analyzes the present situation of and existing problems in the incentive mechanism of stateowned enterprise, sums up and introduces some manual successful experiences of domestic and foreign enterprises in institutional incentives, enterprise cultural incentives and spiritual incentives, and connecting with the difficulties in the innovation of the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprise, puts forward some measures for innovating the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprise.
