摘要
针对聚合物油套分注井普遍存在注入过程中粘度损失大、驱油效果差的问题,研究了聚合物地面分注工艺技术。在注水配水间用总阀门控制全井的总流量,用聚合物地面控制器通过调节内管的长短来控制高渗层的流量和压力,低渗层则不通过控制直接注入,以此达到2层均能实现计划配注的目的。现场应用结果表明,使用该工艺后,聚合物的剪切率显著降低,粘度损失率由使用前的30%左右降低到10%左右,将投捞测试工期由以前的2 d左右降低到0.5 d,注聚管柱的有效期延长12个月以上。
Considering the serious loss of viscosity and low efficiency of oil displacement in tubing-casing separate injection of polymer,the technology of separate injection of polymer on ground is studied.The master valve is used to control the total flow of the well.The polymer ground controller is used to control the flow and pressure of the high permeability layer by means of the regulating inner tube.Direct injection is performed into the low permeability layer without control.In this way,the planned injection-distribution can be achieved in both layers.The field application shows that,with the technology,the shear rate decreases obviously,the viscosity loss rate decreases from 30 percent to 10 percent.The pulling and running test duration drops from two days to half a day.The period of validity for polymer injection string is lengthened to over 12 months.
