原位聚合膜在钢铜摩擦副中的应用

试验了几种摩擦改进剂后，发现蜗轮蜗杆润滑油中加入少量可聚合单体能有效地减少磨损，降低摩擦系数．并在实验基础上探讨了原位聚合膜的减磨机理．

By adding a little concertration monomer of condensation in worm gear and worm bar lubrication,the test results show that the advance friction additives can reduce damage,and get low friction coefficient.And formation mechanism of polymer film is studied.
