简析高校图书馆期刊管理存在的问题及对策

Analysis on the Problems in and Countermeasures for the Periodical Management of University Library

阐述了高校图书馆期刊管理工作中存在的诸如管理手段落后、期刊馆藏不足、期刊订购不合理、期刊利用率较低和管理人员综合素质不高等问题,在此基础上,提出了改善期刊管理工作的几点措施。

This paper expounds some problems existing in the periodical management of university library such as the backward management method, insufficient periodical collection, irrational periodical subscription, lower periodical utilization ratio, and poorer comprehensive quality of librarians, etc., and puts forward＇some measures for improving the management of periodical management based on this.
