以高校图书馆科学发展观的主线——以人为本为出发点论述了其文化渊源、读者满意的宗旨和员工发展,认为以人为本是在党的科学发展观指导下的图书馆发展的主线,是实现资源协调发展、服务互动共进、管理科学有效的基础。
Based on the people-oriented concept, the mainline of university library＇ this paper discusses its cultural background, the objectives of readers＇ satisfaction, and scientific outlook on development, the development of employees, and holds that the people-oriented concept, which is the mainline of library＇ s development under the guidance of the Party＇ s scientific outlook on development, is the foundation for realizing the coordinated development of resources, the interactive co-progressiveness of services, and scientific and effective management.
