大鼠面神经核的纤维联系-HRP逆行追踪研究

THE FIBERS CONNECTION OF THE FACIAL NERVE NUCLEUS IN THE RAT----A RETROGRADE HRP STUDY

向大鼠一侧面神经核导入HRP,结果表明:延髓和脑桥同侧的Kolliker-Fuse核、三叉神经核、结合臂旁核和双侧的前庭内侧核、延髓中央网状核,中脑对侧的外侧丘系腹侧核、红核、上丘和双侧Cajal氏间位核均有向面神经核的直接投射。并在同侧下丘脑室旁核、未定带和底丘脑核发现逆行标记细胞。

HRP was introduced into different subdivisions of the facial nerve nucleus in the rat by pressured injection or iontophoresis. Retrograde labeled cells were found in Ipsilateral Kolliker-Fuse nucleus, trigeminal nerve nucleus, parabrachial nucleus and bilateral nuclei reticularis centra-lis medulla oblongata, medial restibular nuclei, interstitial nuclei of Cajal and contralateral ventral nucleus of the lateral lemniscus, red nucleus, superior colliculus. The labeled cells in the ipsilateral paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus, zona incerta and subthalamic nucleus were discovered for the first time.
