摘要
阐述了晋中市金潞苑商品房住宅小区规划设计理念,分析了规划设计中的难点,制定出相应的对策,介绍了小区的规划布局和景观设计。
This paper expounds the concept of the planning and design of Jinluyuan Residential Area （commercial housing） in Jinzhong City, analyzes the difficult points in the planning and design, puts forward some corresponding countermeasures, and introduces the planning arrangement and landscape design of the residential area.
