从薪酬激励、环境激励、工作本身激励、管理激励、精神激励、发展激励、全面激励等7个方面探讨了构建辅导员激励机制,从而提高高校辅导员工作的满意度。
This paper probes into the construction of ,the incentive mechanism for the college counselors from seven aspects of the salary incentive, environmental incentive, work incentive, management incentive, spiritual incentive, development incentive and all-sided incentive to improve their job satisfaction.
