介绍了设备监测和诊断技术,分析了设备监测技术对现场仪表和检测装置的基本要求等,提出了设备故障诊断遵循的一般原则。
This paper introduces equipment condition monitoring and diagnostic technologies, analyzes the basic requirements of equipment condition monitoring technologies for the field instruments and detectors, and puts forward some common principles that should be followed in equipment fault diagnosis.
