电位滴定法测定痢克停中的苦参碱

Determination in Matrine of Injectio Liketing by Electric Potential Titration

利用电位滴定法研究了ＮａＯＨ溶液滴定苦参碱（Ｃ１５Ｈ２４Ｎ２Ｏ）溶液过程中溶液ｐＨ值的变化．通过ｐＨ－Ｖ和ΔｐＨ／ΔＶ－Ｖ曲线确定了终点为ｐＨ＝５．４０．并建立了痢克停中苦参碱的测定方法，其结果稳定、准确、操作简便．此方法已编入吉林省延边天池饲料添加剂厂的痢克停注射液质量标准中．

In this paper, the changes of pH value were studied by electric potential titration during matrine solution titrated by NaOH solution, the termind piont (pH=5.40) was definited, according to the curves of pH-V and ΔpH/ΔV-V, so the means of determination in matrine of Injectio Liketing was first set up, the result of determination was stable and accurate. The operation was simple, this way of determination was edited in quality standard of Injectio Liketing of Yanbian Tianchi Fodder Additive Factory in Jilin province.
