This paper introduces the general situation of the Province, expounds the design principles of this project, discusses phase II project of the apartment for the aged in Shanxi this project＇s general layout design, functional flow line and graphic design, unique space design, conformation and fa？ade design, non-barrier human design for disabled persons, and energy-saving and environmental protection design, etc., and points out that such kind of design can beat the target of this project： construeting high-quality residential community for the aged with distinct features and European style.
