摘要
采用化学衍生化和GC/MS/MSD分析技术,测定了长白山区四籽(松籽、榛子、葵花子、角瓜籽)中的游离氨基酸,经色谱分离出十几个组分,其中鉴定出9种氨基酸.氨基酸总量大小顺序为榛子(4.99%),角瓜籽(4.62%),葵花子(3.63%),松籽(1.13%).
Amino acids in dried seeds of pine, hazel, sunflower and pumpkin were determined by using Chemical derivtive method and GC/MS/MSD technique. Among them nine amino acids were identified and quantitated. As result, content of amino acids are:hazel (4.99%), pumpkin(4.62%), sunflower(3.63%), pine(1.13%).
