长白山区四籽中氨基酸含量的测定

Analysis of Amino-acids in Four Seeds of Chang Bai Mountain Region

采用化学衍生化和ＧＣ／ＭＳ／ＭＳＤ分析技术，测定了长白山区四籽（松籽、榛子、葵花子、角瓜籽）中的游离氨基酸，经色谱分离出十几个组分，其中鉴定出９种氨基酸．氨基酸总量大小顺序为榛子（４．９９％），角瓜籽（４．６２％），葵花子（３．６３％），松籽（１．１３％）．

Amino acids in dried seeds of pine, hazel, sunflower and pumpkin were determined by using Chemical derivtive method and GC/MS/MSD technique. Among them nine amino acids were identified and quantitated. As result, content of amino acids are:hazel (4.99%), pumpkin(4.62%), sunflower(3.63%), pine(1.13%).
