摘要
利用正则变换,研究了纳米石英晶体振荡器中电荷和电流的量子涨落.结果表明:等效电感和等效电容都大时,电流的涨落较小;等效电感大而等效电容小时,电荷的涨落则较小.
By means of the canonical transformation,we study the quantum fluctuation of the electric charge and electric current in the nanoscopic quartz crystal oscillator.Calculation results showed:when its equivalent electric capacity and inductance are big, the fluctuation of the electric current is small.When the former is small and the latter is big,the fluctuation of the electric charge is small.
