摘要
采用吸附伏安法对吡哆醛的性质和机理进行了研究。实验发现,在pH10.02的克拉克-鲁布斯(Clark-Lubs)缓冲溶液中,吡哆醛在悬汞电极上有一灵敏的还原峰,还原峰电位为-639±5mV,随着吡哆醛浓度的增大,峰电位负移,吡哆醛浓度在1~20μg/L范围之间峰高与浓度呈良好线性,用于维生素B6片剂的测定,结果较满意。
In this paper,the method for determination of pyridoxal with adsorptive voltammetry has been reported.It is found that the peak current Ip is proportional to the concentration of pyridoxal in the range of 1.0~20.0 μg/L.The solution was accumulated at potential 100 mV for 120 s,and was then scaned from-500 mV to -1200 mV with the scan rate of 200 mV/s,The effects of the medium,initial potential,accumulated potential,accumulated time and the scan rate were investigated.The contents of vitamin B 6 in tables were determined by the proposed method,and satisfactory results were obtained.
