摘要
以会阴肌及阴部神经注射为实验组,直肠、盆神经及坐骨神经注射为对照组,以HRP法在家兔骶尾髓白,对Onuf核及其相关神经元进行对照观察。分析了家兔Onuf核及其神经元的特点,提出了盆脏平滑肌与会阴横鈫肌功能密切的骶尾髓内神经机制。
With HRP method: Onuf's nucleus and its relevant neuron were investigated in sacrococcygeal spinal cord of the rabbit, and HRP injections to perineal muscles and pudeadal nerve were as the experimental groups, whereas HRP injections to rectum, pelvic and sciatic nerves were as the control groups. The characteristics of Onuf's nucleus and its neurons were analyzed and sacrococcygeal mechanism of close functional relationship between smooth muscles of pelvic organs and striated muscles of perineum was suggested.
