摘要
对裙带菜降血脂和抗氧化活性进行了研究.动物实验表明:裙带菜可明显降低鼠血中总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量.实验动物组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶的活性明显高于对照组,这可有效地清除动物体内代谢所产生的自由基,使超氧负离子发生反应生成水和分子氧;它也可降低过氧化脂质水平,进一步起到延缓衰老的作用.所以,裙带菜等海藻不仅可作为菜肴,而且有良好的保健功能,可制成各种类型的保健品.
This paper reports the activity of reducing blood lipid and antioxidant of Undaria pinnatifida.Animal test showed:Undaria pinnatifida clearly reduced total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and raised high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLC) of mice.The activity of gluthathione peroxidase and catalase in test group is more higher than that control group.This two enzyme can clear away free radicals producing by body metabolism,and being able to O- produced water and oxygen,reducing overoxide lipid could further prolong senile.Therefore seaweed vegetable,but also good for one's health could be made lots of health food.
