高职院校校企合作基本情况调研与分析

Investigation and Analysis on the General Situation of Enterprise-College Cooperation in Vocational Colleges

为了深入了解行业企业在人才培养过程所起的作用、具体的运作方式及不同行业企业的关注点,对20家企业进行了问卷调查和深度访谈。调研显示,高职院校在今后的校企合作过程中,应更加关注行业企业的需要,进行教育教学改革,探索校企合作人才培养方式。

To have a better understanding of the role of industry and enterprise in the course of talent cultivation and its practice, and the focus of different industry and enterprises, a questionnaire and an in-depth interview was conducted on 20 enterprises. It indicates that in the future enterprise-colleges cooperation, vocational colleges should keep a closer eye on the need of industry and enterprises to make educational reform and explore the talent cultivation mode of enterprise-college coooeration.
