金融危机背景下返乡农民工再就业培训的思考

Reflection on Reemployment Training of Returning Migrant Workers in Financial Crisis

受全球金融危机影响和国内经济结构转型压力,不少沿海外向型企业停产、裁员,促使大量农民工陆续返乡。我国要解决可能到来的大量农民工返乡就业安置问题,行之有效的方法就是,通过农民工输出地和输入地的共同行动,根据市场需求多措并举,组织职业技能培训,加强职业介绍服务,以利农民工再就业。

Under the influence of global financial crisis and the pressure of national economic transform, many coastal foreign-oriented enterprises stopped production and many workers were laid off, which caused the returning of a large number of migrant workers. To solve the probable problem of the reemployment of the returning migrant workers, an effective way is that the export and import area of the migrant workers should cooperate to take various actions in accordance with the market demand, such as organizing professional skill training program and promoting the employment introduction service to benefit their reemployment.
