各主要内分泌腺体摘除后腰纤维环超微结构的研究

摘要 应用扫描电镜,观察了皋丸、卵巢、肾上腺和甲状腺摘除后,家兔腰纤维环(LAF)胶原(?)纤维,细胞和蛋白多糖基质的形态变化。结果表明,各处理组分别影响LAF中的不同组织结构。胶原纤维的排列较疏松、无方向性以及粗细较不均匀等表现以皋丸摘除组最为明显,这可能与雄激素蛋白同化作用的减弱有关。甲状腺摘除组LAF的成纤维细胞和软骨细胞明显增大,表面有少量的蛋白多糖基质,提示了细胞分化程度的改变。卵巢和肾上腺摘除组LAF的蛋白多糖基质从团块状变成颗粒状,分布上也从不均匀交得较为散在,可能反映了它的聚合能力的改变。 The collagenous fibrils, cells and proteoglycans of lumbar annulus fibrosus (LAF) in rabbit were studied under scanning electron microscopy afrer separately excising the tetsis, ovrarium, adrenal and thyroid gland. The results show that hormone can influence any tissues as mentioned above. The changes of collagenous fibrils, which are loose and randomly arranged, whose diameters are uneven, are fairly obvious in testex, These might be related with the decreased tesioid level. In thyrex, the fibroblast cell and chondrocyte become larger than in control, and there are some proteoglycans on their spherical surface. Those suggest the reaccted proliferation and changed differantiation degree in both of cells, The lump proteoglycans may be turned into granular proteoglycans in ovarex and adrex. Along with this change, the proteoglycans also become fairy welldistributed. It is likely to reflect the changes of their polymerization.
