高职院校图书馆文献资源建设质量与水平不高,资源共建共享尚未见成效。各高职院校可从资源联合采购、联合目录检索、特色数据库建设、联合参考咨询服务、人力资源共享等方面构建图书馆资源的共建共享,并从运行管理、经费、技术、监督与激励等方面予以保障。

The quality of literature resource construction in vocational colleges is not very high and the resource sharing structure has not achieved its expected goal. To improve this situation, vocational colleges can take measures in purchasing resources jointly, searching the catalogue jointly, establishing characteristic database, setting consulting service jointly and sharing the human resources. In addition, the measures taken in the management, cost, technology, supervision and encouragement should also be secured.
