摘要
综述了当前护理记录书写中存在的主要问题,并有针对性地进行客观分析,提出护理记录规范化书写的建议及对策,为临床护理工作提供借鉴和参考,确保护理安全,提高护理质量。
This paper analyzed the main problems in nursing records and proposed some suggestions and strategies in order to improve the quality of nursing records,ensure the safety of nursing and improve the quality of nursing.
