目的发挥护士长在医院管理中的作用,提高新生儿重症监护病房医院感染管理水平。方法护士长根据医院感染的特点从建立完善制度到落实制度,对护理人员进行有效的培训教育,实施奖惩制度,提高护理人员的素质及坚持长期遵守制度的意识。结果护士长通过有效的管理,从各环节控制了医院感染的发生。结论护士长在控制医院感染管理中发挥关键作用。

Objective To explore the roles of head nurses in the management of hospital infection,and improve the level of infection control in Newborn ICU （ NICU）. Methods The management measures of head nurses in hospital infection control in NICU included establishing and implementing related regulations according to the features of hospital infection in NICU, providing effective training for nursing staff,implementing reward and punishment system,training nurses＇ general quality and strengthening nurses＇ long - term consciousness of abidance of regulations. Result The head nurses controlled the hospital infection effectively in each link by taking strict and effective measures, Conclusion The head nurses play key roles in the management of hospital infection in NICU.
