This paper analyzed 2 cases of medical disputes due to unclear inform and discussed the inspirations. In order to avoid nursing disputes, it is suggested to make clear of the connotation and contents of nursing inform,improve nurses＇ quality and legal awareness,inform the patients in details by effective and correct means, strengthen nurses＇ communication skills and establish various management regulations and rules.
