摘要
以系统观点分析了水电工程与河流水环境的相互关系。以水电工程运用对径流改变的影响分析为基础,进一步分析研究了黄河宁夏河段近年水质状况变化及其原因,指出流量衰减与河床形态调整、河性改变是影响河流水质下降的主要原因之一。从可持续发展角度提出了水电工程合理运用的建议与提高河流自净能力的方法。
The paper analysed the interaction between hydro-electrical projects and water environment of river in a systemical view.By analysing the influence of the application of hydro-electrical projects on the runoff change, the author studied the status and causes of the water quality variation in Ningxia Section of Yellow River, and then Pointed that the discharge declination, the adjustment of form of riverbed and the afteration of river characters are the main causes attributed to the water quality deterioration of the river. Finally, the author presented some sugqestions on the rational application of hydro-electrical projects and the methods for improving the self purify ability of the river on the view of sustainability.
