摘要
应用X荧光分析技术、超声测位技术及正交优选法,实现了湿法水泥生料浆的微机自动配库.经实际使表明,可缩短生料样的分析时间,能增强配库能力和提高配库运周转率.
The author describes an automatic raw slurry mix systemof cement,which consistes fo Xray fluorescence analysis technology and ultrasonic level monitor and orthogonal optimum method,microcomputer raw slurry mis has been realized successfully in the cement mill.practical applications show that the system can not only cut down the duration of analyzing the sample of raw materials,but also strength the siloarranging capability and increase the silodelivering turnover rate.
