摘要
通过模型实验,应用热测量法测定了实际尺寸的模拟子宫腔受2450MHzV形天线辐照时的SAR分布.实验结果表明,腔内最大受热内区域并非出现在子宫腔底部,而是出现在天线馈电点附近,该处每瓦净功率产生的SAR为33.2W/kg,为宫腔底的2.7倍.因此在临床应用时,如果输入功率过大。
A fullsized woman uterus model was irradiated by a Vdipole radiator and the SAR distributions on the walls of the model were determined using thermographic method.The experimental results show that the highest heated area is not on the bottom of the model,but near the feedpoint of the radiator,where the maxiumu SAR is 33.2W/kg for per watt net power.This area may be burn if high power is used in clinic conditions.
