华北鼠李属植物的化学分类学研究

Phytochemotaxonomic Study of Rhamnus L.from North China

通过对华北鼠李属（ＲｈａｍｎｕｓＬ．）植物的１１个种的化学分析，发现几乎所有的种都含有黄酮类化合物，包括ｍｕｌｔｉｆｌｏｒｉｎＡ，ａｌａｔｅｒｎｉｎ，Ｋａｅｍｐｆｅｒｏｌ－３－０－β－ｒｈａｍｎｉｎｏｓｉｄｅ，其中Ｋａｅｍｐｆｅｒ－ｏｌ－３－０－β－ｒｈａｍｎｉｎｏｓｉｄｅ，普遍存在，为本属的特征性成分．根据黄酮类化合物对部分种的系统地位作了讨论．

In a flavonoid surevey of 11 Rhamnus species using hydrolysed leaf extracts, the flavonoids were found in most species, including:multiflorin A,alaternins, Kaempferol-3-o-β-rhamninoside, the latter is found in most species, it is characteristic constituent of this genus, systemic state of a few species was discussed by detailed analysis of flavonoids.
