摘要
江苏地处我国沿海中部,东临黄海,海岸线较长,滩涂面积较大,但海洋经济总量不大,科技含量较低。针对江苏海洋经济发展的现状及制约江苏海洋经济发展的因素。本文提出了江苏海洋经济发展的思路及对策。
Jiangsu province lies in the middle of the coastal area, facing the Yellow in the east, with a long coastal line and big cover of tide land .However, it has a small amount of the marine economy and the scientific level is low.
