摘要
孵化器是一种为创业企业提供管理支持和资源网络等创业支持环境的新型社会经济组织,在孵化培育中小型科技企业、建设创新型国家、提高自主创新能力等方面发挥了巨大作用。本文对美国、法国、以色列的孵化器模式进行了比较研究,提出了促进我国孵化器发展的启示。
Incubator is a new type socio-economic environment organization, which can provide management support, resource networks and other entrepreneurial support for start-ups. It is so important in incubating small and medium -sized technology companies, building an innovation-oriented country, enhance independent innovation ability. The article does a comparative study among the United States, France, Israel s incubator model, then proposes some inspiration to promote the development of Chinese incubators.
