摘要
针对企业如何进行财务分析和评价进行了研究，指出了企业财务分析的基本程序和常用分析方法，为企业财务管理工作提供了依据．
The research on how to do financial analysis and appreciation for an enterprise are carried out, the basic procedure of financial analysis is pointed out, and the usual meth- ods of analysis are given out, which gives reference for enterprise in financial work.
