摘要
房地产投资环境的好坏直接关系到房地产的投资效益,是决定投资成败的关键因素,是房地产投资的决策者进行投资决策的重要依据。本文对湖南省13个设区城市房地产投资环境进行了评价,评价结果显示长沙、株洲、湘潭、娄底的房地产投资环境较好,张家界、岳阳、怀化、衡阳、永州、常德、郴州、邵阳、益阳等城市房地产投资环境较差。并对出现这种结果的原因进行了分析。
The quality of real estate investment environment is directly related to real estate investment income, is a key factor in the success or failure of the investment, is an important basis to real estate investment decision-makers in decision-making. In this paper, 13 cities in Hunan Province real estate investment environment for the conduct of the evaluation, results show Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan, Loudi better real estate investment environment, Zhangjiajie, Hunan, Huaihua, Hengyang, Yongzhou, Changde, Chenzhou,Shaoyang,benefits Yang and other poor urban real estate investment environment.And than we analyze reasons for such results.
