摘要
金融危机的爆发使得全球能源产业格局发生了重要变化,对全球能源新秩序产生了巨大影响。本文分析了金融危机对能源发展的影响及呈现的新特征,在此基础上提出我国的应对策略。
The out-breaking of financial crisis brin gs a large change of global energy structure and system. This paper analyzed the influences of financial crisis to energy development and the new characteristics present. Based on the situation, this paper put forward some countermeasures for Chinese government.
