摘要
进入新世纪,"中国制造"在产品质量、生产安全、环境保护方面危机不断,软实力缺陷明显。本文在对软实力界定的基础上分析了"中国制造"软实力差距的本质和表现,认为提升"中国制造"软实力应该从宣传教育、地方政府激励、法制建设、消费者保护以及舆论监督等几方面入手去改变政府、企业和消费者的文化价值观。
Since the new century, "Made in China" has being accompanied by constant crisis on product quality, production safety, environmental protection and so on. "Made in China" is obviously lack of soft power. This paper firstly gave the definition of soft power, and then analyzed the essence and External phenomenons of soft power gaps between China and developed countries, considered that we must upgrade the soft power of "Made in China" by changing the culture values of governments, corporations and consumers from publicity and education.incentives of local government,promotion to rules of law.consumer protection and supervision by public opinion.
