腰部纤维环的应用解剖

APPLIED ANATOMY OF ANNULUS FIBROSUS OF LUMBAR REGION

本文对30例(男18,女12)成人尸体的腰部L_(3-4)、L_(4-5)和L_5-S_1纤维环的形态进行了研究,测量了前部、后部、左、右侧部的宽度及其面积,同时测量了整个椎间盘的面积。根据纤维环前,后部宽度的关系将其分为三个类型。旨在为临床应用提供资料,同时为椎间盘的有关生物力学研究提供形态学依据。

We studied annulus fibrosus of lumbar region in 30 cadavers (male 18. female 12) of adult in morphology.The widthes of their anterior, posterior, left and right parts Were measured respectively. We also measured the areas of intervertebral discs and annulus fibrosus, Annulus fibrosus was classfied into three types according to the relationship of their anterior and posterior widthes. We expected to give data to the clinical application of intervertebral discs and give the morphological proof to the studies on Biomechanics.
