Influences of Non-intelligence Factors on Quality of Editors

依据普通心理学原理，探讨了非智力因素对编辑素质的影响．认为动机、兴趣、情感、意志、性格是影响编辑素质的主要非智力因素．编辑素质的高低取决于智力因素和非智力因素的综合作用，而非智力因素则起着决定的作用．

According to common psychology, the influences of nonintelligence factors on quality of editors are discussed. It is obtained that motive, interest, motion, will and character are the main non-intellignece factors influencing quality of editors which depends on both intelligence and non-intelligence factors, and the latter is the crucial one.
